With over 20 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations and community health centers, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with more than 50 FQHCs across the country. This experience has provided a deep understanding of the unique challenges nonprofits face, from limited resources and complex reporting requirements to the need for reliable, cost-effective technology that truly supports the mission.

Throughout this journey, I’ve worked closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and administrative staff to address real operational challenges. From conducting in-depth assessments to implementing practical, budget-conscious solutions, every approach is rooted in improving efficiency while staying aligned with the organization’s goals and mission.

A key part of this process is collaboration. By working directly with front-line staff, we gain insight into the everyday pain points that often go unseen. These are the individuals who interact with systems the most, and their input is essential. By involving them in the design and implementation process, we create solutions that are not only effective on paper but actually work in real-world environments.
